1. Store information
Websternet operates an online store serving customers in South Africa. You can contact us at admin@websternet.co.za.
2. Products and availability
Products may be held in local stock or ordered from third-party suppliers. Stock quantities and availability are updated as accurately as possible, but errors and supplier changes may occur.
If an order exceeds our local stock, the remaining quantity may be ordered from the supplier. This may increase the delivery time. We will contact you if a product becomes unavailable.
3. Product information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications and colours. Product colours and packaging may appear slightly different because of screen settings, supplier updates or manufacturing variations.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid.
Orders are only confirmed after successful payment. Payments are processed securely through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Locally stocked products generally ship sooner than supplier-ordered products. Delays may occur because of suppliers, couriers, customs, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery may be charged to the customer.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care, intimate, cosmetic and health products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
7. Adult products
Adult Wellness products are intended only for customers aged 18 years or older. By viewing or purchasing these products, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.
8. Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. Information supplied when registering or ordering must be accurate and current.
9. Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. An order cannot always be cancelled after it has been processed, ordered from a supplier or dispatched.
10. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, commit fraud or use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. Privacy
Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection laws.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Websternet is not responsible for indirect losses, supplier delays, courier delays or website interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that customers have under applicable South African law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
